Full Disclosures
Effective date: September 21, 2026
These disclosures explain what Beacon Tax Relief provides and the limits of the service.
Software service only
Beacon Tax Relief provides self-service software, educational information, calculators, and document-preparation tools. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, enrolled agent firm, tax-return preparer, or debt-settlement company. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
No IRS representation
We do not represent customers before the Internal Revenue Service or any other taxing authority. Customers are responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting every form or document generated through the service. Use of the service does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or tax-practitioner relationship.
No government affiliation
Beacon Tax Relief is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any other government agency. References to IRS programs describe programs administered by the IRS, not proprietary Beacon Tax Relief programs.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, savings, processing time, or any other result. Outcomes depend on each customer's facts, current law and agency guidance, and decisions made by the IRS or another taxing authority.
Generated documents
Generated documents are starting points based on information supplied by the customer. Customers must review every field for accuracy and confirm that they are using the current form and instructions before submission. The service does not sign, file, mail, or submit documents on a customer's behalf.
Calculators and AI features
Calculator results, notice explanations, recommendations, and AI-generated text are estimates or educational outputs. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as a professional opinion. Customers should verify deadlines and requirements against the original notice and official IRS guidance.
Security and third-party services
We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we process and the providers used to deliver the service.
When to seek professional help
Consult a licensed attorney, certified public accountant, or enrolled agent for advice or representation, especially when a deadline is imminent, a levy or seizure is threatened, a criminal matter may be involved, or the facts are disputed or complex.
